✅ You request the return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item
✅ The item is not on final sale or clearance

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Opened beauty, health, or hygiene products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll offer you:

  • A free replacement (if stock is available), or
  • A full refund or store credit

We may ask you to return the original item before the replacement or refund is processed.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return, please email us at the contact address found in the website footer with:

  • Your order number
  • Item name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

Our team will confirm your request and provide return instructions if approved.


4. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns (e.g. wrong or damaged items): We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For voluntary returns (e.g. change of mind): You are responsible for the return shipping fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • If the return is not approved (e.g. item is used or damaged), we will contact you to discuss options

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

Need a different size or item? You can request an exchange if the desired item is in stock.
If not, we will issue store credit or a refund, based on your preference.


7. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, we may have already processed your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
